Culinary tour Imotski

Enjoy in local food and wine and in same time learn how to make traditional Croatian dish. On this culinary workshop we will take you on a day trip to picturesque town Imotski where local host will show you how to prepare traditional food. You will have opportunity to eat the food you prepared and enjoy local wine. Possibility for different food options (main dish – traditional Dalmatian peka – veal and chicken meat or polenta with chicken, starter – uštipci with cheese). This tour combines two great local traditions – tasty food and culinary traditions. Prior to the culinary workshop we will take you on short tour  of Imotski with a break in local wine cellar for a glass of wine.

ITINERARY

Meeting point on set location or in front of Ćiril Metodova 2, Split

Departure at 9.00

Arrival to Imotski at 10.15

Short stop at Imotski lakes (Red and Blue lake), walk through town centre

Short break at Jagul wine Cellar – for a glass of wine and snack

Arrival to estate – host will greet the guests with local snacks and give them introduction to culinary class, food preparation (starter and main dish – traditional Dalmatian cuisine) and lunch

Drive back to Split 15.30

Arrival to Split at 16.30
