Day trip to fortress Klis
We will take you to the Klis fortress, which is located just 15 min from Split and you will see a well preserved fortress and heritage of the historical military formation called “Kliški uskoci” (Deserters of Klis). You will explore the historical sites within the fortress accompanied by a local tour guide, including a visit to the armoury and Church of St. Vid. On the tour you will visit the exhibits from the museum’s collections of historical weapons and uniforms in their own armoury building.
Options for unique olive oil tasting experience in nearby village or for traditional lunch (extra surcharge).
